The wood-and-glass restaurant opens onto greenery and the lake. It offers around 250 seats: 150 indoors and 100 outdoors. Reserve ahead for weekends, holidays and groups; the team confirms availability and layout.

Lamb and goat are pit-cooked in a preparation and cooking cycle of around 18 hours. From 16 December to 15 January, the kitchen also presents pit-cooked turkey. These specialities take planning: ask about advance orders and availability when reserving.

Agri Tourism Huqi antipasti brings together goat and cow’s milk cheeses and cheeses flavoured with chilli, pepper or sage. Village chicken comes with rice, jufka, pasta, potatoes or qull. Herb pies, onion-and-tomato or yogurt-and-egg pies, cornbread with brine, hasude and goat’s milk ice cream complete the kitchen’s traditions.
